1 Acceptance of Terms

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction period will not be paid. bdbqji's decision on malfunction-related disputes is final.
8 Intellectual Property

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds — may be forfeited. Real-money balances not connected to a breach may be returned at bdbqji's discretion following an investigation.
Voluntary Closure by Player
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bdbqji support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing an account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. Bonus funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited. 11 Responsible Gaming
